Description
"Play" sits in cheerful yellow stripes against a calm blue background, framed by a soft pink halftone border. The typewritten text reads:
"We could all do with a little more time to play."
A warm, easy reminder that play isn't just for children — it's something we could all use more of.
Inspiration
Created as part of the Sweet Nothings series, this piece came from noticing how easily play gets pushed aside as we get older — treated as a luxury rather than something we actually need. The bright, playful palette echoes the feeling the words are asking for.
Perfect Gift
A lovely pick-me-up for someone who works hard and needs permission to slow down, a new parent, a friend heading into a busy season, or anyone who could use a gentle nudge to have more fun.
